Premium Kitchen Remodel
If you chose this option you are most likely looking to change everything about your kitchen. The layout might be chaotic, with little to no functionality and needs an aesthetic overhaul. See what is included below. This generally applies to medium to large kitchens with 40-50 square feet of counter space and a total footprint of approximately 250 square feet.
What's Included
CONSULTATION
Free consultation to assess your needs and measure your kitchen. This meeting usually takes around an hour and a half to discuss your vision for the kitchen and take accurate measurements.
DESIGN
Includes conceptual drawings so you can visualize your brand-new kitchen, delivered within one week. Afterwards we will supply you with a list of selections including:
Cabinet door styles according to your preferences
Cabinet color: Virtually limitless
Fixtures: Multiple premium sink options, recessed lighting, accent lighting, and premium plumbing fixtures
Backsplash: Any style of backsplash
Countertop: Quartz, granite or solid surface - most colors
CONSTRUCTION
Remove and dispose of all existing cabinetry and countertops. Provide new appliances. Install new plumbing valves, outlets, and switches. Furnish and install new solid wood cabinetry, with soft-close doors and full-extension drawers. Furnish and install new countertops, sink and faucet. Install tile backsplash and grout. Moderate structural modifications (i.e. remove a non-bearing wall or open a doorway). Update flooring with luxury vinyl plank or hardwood flooring. Paint entire kitchen.

TIER 1 GUARANTEED PRICE: $60,000 or less
Additional options, including:
Remove exclusions or upgrade appliances to designer appliances.
Install tile flooring.
Luxury color countertops and seamless backsplash made of same material.

TIER 2 GUARANTEED PRICE: $75,000 or less
Terms and Conditions: Offer contingent on scheduling a free consultation with Fox Remodeling Co to assess your kitchen, determine your needs and perform an accurate site evaluation including measurements and an inspection of the utilities, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, supplying the kitchen. After the consultation, Fox Remodeling will contact you with the final proposal.
