Detail Through Documentation
We are avid note-takers. We know that communication is very important, but if your thoughts and dreams don't find their way to paper, we can't be accurate in building your project the way you want. We document everything that is important to you, and everything will find its way into our construction management software, JobTread, which you will have access to 24/7. We will discuss budget while we're with you, and carefully use that as guidance in our next stage of design.
With detail, we avoid confusion and added costs later down the road.

Visualization Through Design
Almost everyone we work with desires to visualize their project. It's hard to picture the results, before they ever happen. To help you visualize what everything will look like, we use state of the art software, Chief Architect, to help you visualize every single aspect of your project.

This phase includes detailed floor plans, photo-realistic 3D drawings and we procure samples so you can see and touch the materials you'll be using.

With visualization, you can see your project before it happens and know exactly what you are getting. It helps you to dream of the possibilities.
