Base Kitchen Remodel
If you chose this option you most likely enjoy the layout of your kitchen, but have noticed a couple elements it is lacking. It could be a lack of functionality, appearance, or everything could be worn and falling apart. See what is included below. If you decide you need more work than is detailed below, please see our Premium Package. This generally applies to smaller kitchens with less than 40 square feet of counter space and a total footprint not exceeding 150 square feet (12' x 12' kitchen).
What's Included
CONSULTATION
Free consultation to assess your needs and measure your kitchen. This meeting usually takes around an hour and a half to discuss your vision for the kitchen and take accurate measurements.
DESIGN
Includes conceptual drawings so you can visualize your brand-new kitchen, delivered within one week. Afterwards we will supply you with a list of selections including:
Cabinet door styles according to your preferences
Cabinet color: See options here
Fixtures: Stainless steel sink and brushed nickel pull-down faucet
Backsplash: Ceramic subway tile or similar
Countertop: Quartz or solid surface, basic colors only
CONSTRUCTION
Remove and dispose of all existing cabinetry and countertops. Re-use existing appliances. Install new plumbing valves, outlets, and switches. Furnish and install new solid wood cabinetry, with soft-close doors and full-extension drawers. Furnish and install new countertops, sink and faucet. Install ceramic tile backsplash and grout. Paint entire kitchen. Re-install original appliances.

Terms and Conditions: Offer contingent on scheduling a free consultation with Fox Remodeling Co to assess your kitchen, determine your needs and perform an accurate site evaluation including measurements and an inspection of the utilities, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, supplying the kitchen. After the consultation, Fox Remodeling will contact you with the final proposal.
If at any point we determine your kitchen needs more work than detailed above, we will notify you during our consultation meeting in the interest of your time.
