This garage-turned-living room remodel was a perfect way to increase the usable space in this home. Since our client's family was growing and space was at a premium, they decided the garage had to go. We removed the garage doors, raised the floor level with the rest of the home, and tied into the home's existing HVAC to make this a large, comfortable living room for the whole family to enjoy.
