This sunroom addition was a much needed add-on to replace an under-utilized deck that got a lot of hot sunlight during the summer days. Instead, we built on this spacious 300 square foot room as a place to relax, unwind and enjoy memorable moments with family and friends. A pier and beam foundation was critical to maintaining a workable budget and avoided the costly work of building a full basement or crawlspace foundation. Now, with the spacious windows, the family can still enjoy the outdoors, but while being out of the heat and cold throughout the seasons.
