Must have 5-10 years experience remodeling work. You'll be our one and only lead carpenter, completely replacing the owner's field duties. You'll be installing cabinetry, trim, tile and various flooring types, along with other materials. We are very passionate about our craft and pursue the utmost quality. You will have a lot of independence, but high accountability. Our company slogan has always been "Nothing short of perfection." You will be the owner's right hand man. Adam Fox started through the ranks straight out of high school, and worked as a helper for years before coming a carpenter and then a lead carpenter. Even know, he is still working on improving his skills. With this history of experience, he is looking for someone committed to the same journey. An entrepreneurial spirit is encouraged.
